I would like to ask you a question, we are with Commvault recently and we have configured Webhook, so that through the service we generate incidents for problems with backups, with the circumstance that has lost the webhook connection on a couple of occasions, and we do not realize the situation until we check it manually.
Is there any way to configure an e-mail alert to warn that Webhook has lost communication?

No, this is not possible. I agree it would be nice to have such an option or that you at least see this on the dashboard directly that something is not working as expected.
