The link give some very very light examples but there is none command list  or complete syntaxe 

“building and deploying reports”  says that you can create and develop your own reports but it missing  a a programming reference

We really do not have much deeper information than that.   Building custom reports assumes that one understands how to run SQL queries to extract the information needed.  Custom reports are built by our Professional Services department.  If you would like their assistance, your account manager can assist with putting you in contact.
