Is it possible to obtain an evaluation copy of Commvault?
We are a Commvault partner, and our Development Team is requesting a copy to build out our monitoring tools.

Sounds interesting!
Installing commvault from the installer from store.commvault.com or deploying a commvault image from a market place or using the OVA virtual appliance does start a 30 day trial that you can leverage. Once that expires you could deploy another instance. Not sure if that would be sufficient for your use case?
Otherwise there would have to be something more official put in place for an NFR.
