how do i implement a multitenant sharing the same commserve?

I need to implement backups for a new customer who has different companies and wants to do it from his commserve which already backs up other customers machines that are in a different IP range.

Hi@Genny DYou can raise a ticket with customer support, and they would be able to guide you.I believe tuning the commserve might require a separate MSP agreement.
