Forum|alt.badge.img+2

Hi ,

I am trying to send an Daily Job summary report to Helpdesk team and keep my Manager in CC from COmmvault.

But there is no option for “cc” field, it;s there in Alert section but not in reports.

Can somebody help me if there is any option to customize the report and add CC form?

Hi @yogesh.tech ,

From Command Center you will only get the “Email recipients” field to send the report, this means all addresses will appear as part of the “To” field.

in regards to edit/customize the report, it really depends whether you mean fully edit the contents of the report, or just tweak its view to just include certain columns, both this are achievable;

Fully Edit the report = https://documentation.commvault.com/2023e/essential/editing_report.html

Customize the view of a report = https://documentation.commvault.com/2023e/essential/creating_custom_view_in_report.html

If you want management to not have their email address within the “To” field with all other addresses, you could consider to create 2 separate schedules for the report at the same time, then on each of them you could just add the required email addresses and event have different customized views for them.

Hi @yogesh.tech ,

Thank you for clarifying. I don’t think that would be possible by customizing the report.
