We now have “Refresh Commserve Database Access Key” workflow available in your Commserve and it can be scheduled to change passwords of these accounts.

+22In a CS Live Sync setup, this works for the Active CS. Do we know if there’s a way to update the password for the Standby CS without doing a failover to make it Active?

+16I would need to look at it again, but I thought the Workflow did update the Standby CS.
Alternatively, you could possibly use DBMaintenance -refreshsqlcred to apply the encrypted password to the standby instance.
Worth noting, it’s not a very strong password that is being applied.
