Hi team,

I did a reseach for VSS issues. It seems I am not able to open the link on the site

Changing the Amount of Space Used by VSS Shadow Copies (this works)

 

http://kb.commvault.com/article/EXDB0017?_gl=1*fpzu8q*_gcl_au*ODAwNjIyMzA0LjE3NTc0ODk1MDIuMTQ0MjU2MDIzMS4xNzU5OTI0MzU0LjE3NTk5MjQzNTM. (this causes error 404)

 

I tried also for 11.36 and 11.32 same link same issue

Could you please check whether the link is generally inaccessible or whether this is just a problem I am experiencing personally?

If general I would like to ask to get the links active again.

Thanks for your answers. Helpful!

I provided the new link to my customer who asked.

 

I read “republished” and checked the docu link again. Still wrong. Ok, republished here only means link has changed. Read, Jenifer is from KB team, NOT dokumentation team.

Can I hope that the documentation will be updated soon or perhaps create an alias that there is no need to change books online?

The only way from my site to get anything changed i found

but the reaction on this in the past was not very fast but I even left a comment.

I see the link is working for you now, but you say there is a problem with the information on the page?

Please tell me what’s wrong, and I’ll create a CMR for the writer to update the article.


There’s no way to leave feedback on the KB site or on CommCell Console docs.

Hello Amanda,

All works as expected. Thanks to the team who worked on that. I tested just now and the links in 11.40 and 11.36 are active again (I did not test all FRs).

It seems it took some time until changes are published all over the world or my browser cache caused issues.
