Auto logging-out from support portal

Dear Experts,

I am experiencing an issue when trying to access the support.commvault.com portal.

Using the username, password, and Commvault Verification Code allows me to log in, but I am immediately logged out after authentication.

I am currently using Linux Ubuntu and the Chromium web browser.

Could you please help me resolve this problem?

Works perfectly on my end. Have you checked you access on a different device?

All what I can see after log-in is:

 

Logout

You are now logged out.

We recommend closing all browser windows for security.

Click here to return to Commvault Customer Support Portal.

But did you try a different device?

Yes

I tried Windows 10 (Chrome + Edge)

I tried Ubuntu (Chromium + Firefox)

Results the same: immediately logged out after authentication

 

There is no problem to login to Community portal - as we can see :)

Just checking in to see if everything is resolved on your end.

If not, could you share your CCID or the email associated with your account so we can look into this further? It would also help to review the browser’s Network logs to confirm whether the Logout API is being triggered.
