Backup Synology Nas Failed

Hi Team,

 

I have a problem when i backup NAS with Nas Client, When backup show the error content does not exist and failed to mount. Even though the content is already there when browsing the content

Can't Synology backup use a NAS client? You must use a file system agent where the folder is mounted to a server that has a file system agent


Any idea for solve this problem

Hello @Alvian Can you please confirm how exactly you have configured the client? By any chance did you follow any documentation? 

Can you share the FileScan.log? It will have more details information.

Sorry i can’t send the log now, i have aquestion for backup nas we need to open port for SMB ?
