can not setup commvault liunx or windows11.44

Question

Hi everyone,I downloaded the ISO from the Download Center for both Linux and Windows to test Commvault version 11.44.On Windows, I ran the installer (.exe) as Administrator, but the "Create New CommCell" option is not available. I only have two options:	Join to CommCell			Advanced Component	On Linux, I tried to install it on RHEL 10.24, but the installation cannot download or connect to MSSQL. Also, the installer does not prompt me to choose whether I want to connect to another MSSQL server.Is this expected behavior in version 11.44, or am I missing a step/configuration?Any help would be appreciated.

Hi ​@Hoda_Ashraf,The behaviour observed above is not expected.On Windows systems, you may proceed by selecting the Advanced option and performing a fresh installation.On Linux systems, you can download the offline installation media, which includes the required Microsoft SQL components, and proceed with a new installation.To further investigate and identify the root cause of this issue, we will need to review the ISO image and gather additional details from the environment. This information will help us determine why the unexpected installation window is being presented and recommend the appropriate corrective action.
