I have a customer that is asking me to change the two parameters described in the image (IP address) to the hostname of the server with CommServe role, is this possible?

Thank you very much for the information and sorry for the very late feedback.
On the server with CommServe role what I did was to stop the commvault services, and in regedit I edited the name own registers and everything worked correctly.
