I have question . i install new CS v11sp40 choose all in one install. i open Command center on web browser . i try login .it sucess but system return login again . not access to UI interface. Could you please suggest a solution?

Clear the browser history and Cache and follow below steps.
Reset IIS and Tomcat Using Commvault Process Manager

Stop Tomcat Service
- Open the Commvault Process Manager application on the Command Center server.
- Under the Services tab, right-click the Tomcat service and select Stop.

Reset IIS
- Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
- Type the following command and press Enter:
iisreset - Wait for IIS to restart.

Start Tomcat Service
- Return to the Commvault Process Manager.
- Right-click the Tomcat service and select Start.
- Allow a few minutes for Tomcat to fully initialize.

Verify Command Center Access
- Open a web browser and navigate to the Command Center URL.
- Confirm that the login page loads and you can access the interface.
