Command center return login again after Implement new CS

Clear the browser history and Cache and follow below steps.

 

Reset IIS and Tomcat Using Commvault Process Manager

1. Stop Tomcat Service

   • Open the Commvault Process Manager application on the Command Center server.
   • Under the Services tab, right-click the Tomcat service and select Stop.

2. Reset IIS

   • Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
   • Type the following command and press Enter:

     iisreset
     

   • Wait for IIS to restart.

3. Start Tomcat Service

   • Return to the Commvault Process Manager.
   • Right-click the Tomcat service and select Start.
   • Allow a few minutes for Tomcat to fully initialize.

4. Verify Command Center Access

   • Open a web browser and navigate to the Command Center URL.
   • Confirm that the login page loads and you can access the interface.
