CommServe HA Active Standby different Windows version

Hi All,

 

Refer https://documentation.commvault.com/2023e/essential/planning_for_commserve_livesync_setup.html Identical software must be used for setting up the production and the standby CommServe hosts. Ensure that the Operating System and SQL Server version (including feature releases) are identical in the both the production and standby hosts.

 

Could install and setup HA Active / Standby in one Windows 2022 Standard and one Windows 2022 Data Center?

Hi @Chinchilla ,

That should be fine, since they will be both the same OS Build. But ideally they must be the same Version as well.
