The master server is currently using v11 sp14,
I'm trying to install the client redhat 9.7 version, but can't I support it? If not, which version of sp can I support it from?

SP14 is currently out of support and is not compatible with RHEL 9.7. I recommend installing SP36 and then proceeding with the client reconfiguration.
