Hi,

I am facing issue with accessing commvault command center every time I am getting “Please wait while our servers start up. This may take a few minutes.” message on the web portal.

Maybe you can share additional environmental information ​@Abhishek Srinet? It would also help if you would describe what you have checked yourself and what the logs are telling you. In any other case you can of course open a support ticket.
