Hello,

I'm currently testing the Hyperscale X 2.1 Reference Architecture deployment and i would like to know if it's possible to configure at 1GB, my network interfaces on Data Protection Network, because when I configure, he tells me " Encouterd error Interface should have at least 10GB" , but when I tested Hyperscale 1.5 Reference Architecture deployment, I was able to configure my interfaces to 1GB for the Data Protection Network without any problem.  So, I would like to confirm if it's possible to use my 1GB interfaces instead of 10GB with Hyperscale X 2.1 for the DPN. Please note that the other interfaces for the SPN and Replication will be on a 10GB link.

@commvault11 , 1.5 allowed a 1 GB link for the management network, but 2.1 requires 10 GB.

Ok, thank you for your answer. Iread that End of life for HyperScale 1.5 Appliance which includes end-of-support for December 31st, 2025. Is this the same thing for 1.5 Reference Architecture?

December 31st, 2026 is end of support - new sales stopped on June 30th. It will be posted to the documentation soon!
