Create and access incident ticket in maintenance advantage portal

Hi all,

 

Please, could you please help me how to access my open incident on the maintenance advantage portal? I am sorry, maybe I am blind I cant see any option for accessing my incident.

Hey @drPhil !

You’re at the right screen….they should be right below that section (I have no incidents, but they would be right there if I did).  However, depending on your contract type, you may not see any.  Are you a direct Commvault customer or do you have a partner that you utilize for support?

Thank you, @Mike Struening. I agree with you. It depends the most likely on the contract type. Therefore I cant see any Incident Management screen
