How to disable 2fa from the commvault support portal and what we can add one more email id in exiting support portal for the communication.

Hello @Vishal Saini 

I don't think you can disabled MFA and it being a security feature i don't see why you would want to disable it. 

In regards to how to add new users you have to be the primary owner of the account. you can read more about it here:
