Why do the values of Front End Backup Size and Full Synthetic backups in the Chargeback + License Summary reports show a significant discrepancy? The total of the reports falls considerably below the actual value of the synthetic backups. I'm seeking to understand the reasons behind this disparity and find solutions to align the values in the reports with the actual synthetic backups

Hello
Synthetic full jobs will be consolidating the data from the last full and all Inc jobs into a new job. Depending on your settings you can also include to retain deleted items for X amount of time and this can cause a large amount of bloat. This is one example of many that can cause Synthetic full jobs to show much larger than expected.
In your case i recommend a support ticket to review the config and give you an exact answer as to why the numbers the way they are.
