Dear!

 

This is a file system restore (dump_log) that is failing at 5% completion. Previously, we had conflicts with backup jobs running on the same server, so I created a Blackout Window schedule to prioritize the restore. However, I have a DDB_Reconstruction job running, which I believe might be causing the conflict. This is why it's generating this failure. Could you please validate this?

Based on the error code [14:286] and description, the restore is failing because the index logs required for the restore cannot be restored from the media [lenovo_disklib2]. The error specifically advises to check whether the required media is present in the library and retry the operation.

 

--> The restore job is failing at 5% due to missing or inaccessible index logs on the specified media.

--> The error is not directly caused by the DDB_Reconstruction job, but by the inability to access the required media for index reconstruction.

--> If the required media(probably a mountpath) [lenovo_disklib2] is not loaded or available in the library, index reconstruction and restore operations will fail.

 

Could you please ensure that the media [lenovo_disklib2] containing the index logs is physically present and loaded in the library?
