facing issue while running mysql backup

Hi team,

I am facing this issue while executing mysql db server backup, I can see cvping and all ports are working well, also checked commvault agent are bale to install and connect to the commserve,

ERROR: cvfwd_iot_wait(): Couldn't issue a zero-length read on fd=23144: Connection reset by peer

Any one knows the rsolution of this?
