Have you tried from a different Client?
Can you check Install.log:
by default it is C:\ProgramData\Commvault Systems\Galaxy\LogFiles\Install.log

Hello, same issue for me. On install.log, 404 error and CRC error, I took a new feature package on download center to solve the issue.
