Hi team,

I am getting below error when job scheduler is running 

 

Unable to communicate with the remote machine [zewpgtssvcvma01.corp.pri] to start the Data Pipe. Please check the network connectivity between the local machine and the remote machine and verify this product's Communications Service is running on the remote machine. Source: zewpgtsdbpa01, Process: SQLiDA

Hey @kumar !  That’s a networking/connectivity message.

a few things to check:

  • Are services running on zewpgtssvcvma01.corp.pri?
  • Can you ping the server (to start)?
  • What do you see in the CVD log on the client end?
  • Has your network team taken a look?
