Hello,

How does Commvault support backup and restore of Microsoft Planner? I know there is some data in Sharepoint and Exchange online. Is it enough to backup this and is it possible to directly restore the data back to Planner?

Thanks and regards,

Thomas

hello Thomas

commvault does support backup and restore for MS planner specifically when the planner plans are associated with Microsoft Teams as Planner tabs The backup includes buckets tasks & plan metadata accessible through the Microsoft Graph API.

https://documentation.commvault.com/11.40/software/teams.html

Regarding restore operations you can restore planner data directly to its original location or to a different Team/Channel if needed.

I hope this helps let me know if you need any more information or additional clarification.
