Hello, I am trying to take commvault solution architecture-cvsa24 course and requested exceptional request by accident and couldn't get a response for more than a week. now I am trying to take the course and completed all the pre request but can't apply because of the exceptional request is still pending.
can you help me resolve this issue ?
