We are running CommVault version 11.40.30 with Hyperscale and AGP. We would like to confirm whether individual virtual machine files can be backed up and restored at granular file level. If so, what is the most efficient method to locate and restore internal VM files (for example, AppRecovery_ver2_2025.pdf) directly, rather than restoring the entire VM and searching for the file post-restore?
Does achieving this required activation of a feature, as a requirement to utilizes such feature? IF yes please for your kind guidelines.
