I cannot login to cloud.commvault.com it is telling me invalid username or password

Kindly check if login is successful using any other user credentials. We were able to access the Cloud Portal successfully from our end, so it would be helpful to confirm if the issue is specific to a particular user.

Additionally, please verify whether the affected user has the necessary access to the Cloud Portal, and confirm if the same user ID is being used for both the Command Center and the Java Console and login works.

To resolve the "invalid username or password" error when attempting to log in to cloud.commvault.com, please follow these steps: 

1. Verify Your Credentials : Ensure you're entering the correct username and password. The username is usually your registered email address.
2. Reset Your Password : If you're unsure of your password, visit the password reset page  and enter your email address. You should receive a reset link shortly.
3. Confirm Registration : If you do not receive a password reset email, your account may not be registered. You can create a new account using the registration form.
4. Disable Browser Autofill : If you’re using Chrome or another browser with autofill enabled, make sure it's not inserting outdated or incorrect credentials. Try entering your login information manually.

If the issue persists after trying the above steps, please contact Commvault Support for further assistance.

The issue the issue is specific to my user, I tried with another user and working with no issue.

The issue the issue is specific to my user, I tried with another user and working with no issue.
