Hi, 

Facing issue with installation of Media Kit , while trying  ./cvpkgadd 

i am receiving an message and not proceeding further ...like below 

i tried below commands as well…

Need assistance …..

We have a similar issue escalated to Development.

Are you able to log a case with Support so we can check and confirm please?
