messages restore exchange db agent

hello

We have a dag and we backup it using the exchange database agent.

when i try to do mailbox restore and i try to browse the mailboxes i cant see all of them, and if i try to do in place restore to the one that doesnt show up it fails and says it cant find the mailbox.

Good day!

Most likely if some mailboxes are missing most likely permission issue or please try upgrading to the Latest MR and check the issue

If you have sufficient space in Media Agent, will you try offline Browse by restoring the whole database in a drive of media agent and try Offline Browse and check the issue
 

1. Restore the Database to any drive X:\Restore Drive, restore to File-without Recovery Option.
2. Right Click on Exchange Client-All Task - Recover from Offline Browse
3. Provide the EDB file path which X:\Restore
4 Provide the Log Location path which will like a _Restore Folder under X:\Restore\ created in the Database Restore.

Submit and check you should be able to see the Mailboxes in the Browse.
