We have one storage pool with 50TB and want to deploy one Commserve with two media agents.
My question is what is the best practice to deploy the ddb over the 2MA?

Hey
Partitioned deduplication can give you scale and resiliency - so I’d use that in this scenario. Put a partition on each Media Agent which will allow you to scale up the hardware and still be able to run backups if a Media Agent is offline.
