newly configured Oracle ODA rac issue

Hi,

We have configured a new Oracle RAC version 19c with two nodes. The Oracle Agent has been successfully installed, and the nodes were added to the CommCell console. Following this, the Oracle RAC was automatically created on the CommCell.

However, when I attempted to configure the instance, the process was unsuccessful, and I encountered the following error:

 

 Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Can you check connect string used for each node under RAC instance properties?

Is it working locally on both RAC nodes?
