Problem adding an email to the backup

II need help with Metallic for O365.


I don't see the content tab to add a new email to the backup. The tab appears in the videos, but the content tab does not appear on my console.

I don’t see the content tab and the button Add:

    Hello @Wilson BIG 

    I have seen this exact GUI issue in the past. It seems the “name” has shrunk right down to nothing. You can drag it bigger from the top left of the column. From there you can click into your O365 mailbox agent and you will find all the tabs.
