Are there updates for Remote Office Appliances (ROBO)? And if so, is there a procedure to download the new firmware and to update the appliance?

At the time of writing this, the latest firmware is what’s been shipped with the appliance.
If there’s a specific issue you would like addressed, please raise a support case to have it reviewed.
