The CS DR backup is going to be the only way to get that back i would guess but the server team are the best to answer this.
A support ticket would be the best way to get a exact answer with steps.

Any kind of reverting on the CS should always be done with supports Guidance.
They most likely will use the CS DR to achieve this. Can you advise what problems you are facing and why you need to take this action?

+1I added a company and some endpoints were associated with it. Then, I deleted the company I had added, which also led to the deletion of the endpoints linked to it.
But before making this configuration change, I performed a full backup, and now I want to restore the CommServe with this backup.
