Description: Instance validation failed: Insufficient SQL Server role. To configure the instance, the user [Local System Account] must be a member of the SYSADMIN SQL server role.

    It seems the user is not part of SYSADMIN SQL Server role. Please ensure he has the required roles for backup.

    ​@Adeeb Aldubai  MSSQL backups requires an account. It can use a regular user account that is local admin and sysadmin role or Local System. If local system than local admin is fine but you must grant NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM sysadmin role in MSSQL. This article explains all sql permissions and steps
