Why backup job is pending because access node is overloaded?

Can you check things like Memory, CPU and confirm you need to increase the memory/CPU of the VSA Proxy(ies).

Also check and reduce the number of streams to 5.

Thank you for reply. I’m wondering.. the “access node” or “VSA Proxy” you mentioned is my Windows used to run the backup gateway?

Which version do you have, Engineering has implemented a fix in 40.49 and 42.72.

Please make sure you have updated to the latest Maintenance Release.

If so, you can log a case with us and we will check.
