Is there a new update for archiving with latest version 11.40, and does it compatible with hyperscale version (2.2312)
Hi
Hyperscale version (2.2312) will work on 11.40 but Hyperscale 2.X is EOL on December 31st, 2026.
Redhat has stopped support for RHEL-7.9 but commvault has worked with Red Hat to provide Extended Lifecycle Support (ELS) for all Commvault customers using HyperScale platforms running RHEL 7.9 until the End-of-Life date
Please check the document below for more details EOL

Hello Rohit,
Thanks, a lot! I also read about web console deprecated so how end users can retrieve or recall their messages with Mailbox archiving and (outlook add-In V11.38)?
Hi
I am not an expert is mailbox archiving. I have asked my colleagues to look into this. They might update the thread shortly.
Hello
Since the Web Console is deprecated in version 11.40, users should transition to using the Command Center for managing mailbox archiving and retrieval tasks. The Command Center offers similar functionalities and is the recommended interface moving forward. For users on version 11.36, you can still use the Web Console, but it's advisable to start familiarizing yourself with the Command Center.
For retrieving or recalling messages using the Outlook Add-In, ensure that the Outlook Add-In is properly configured and connected to the Commvault environment. You can manage mailbox archiving and retrieval tasks through the Command Center, which provides a modern interface for these operations.
For information on the deprecation of the Web Console in version 11.40, you can refer to the - https://documentation.commvault.com/2024e/essential/deprecation_notice_for_web_console.html
Regarding the use of the Outlook Add-In V11.38 for retrieving or recalling messages, you can find relevant information in the https://documentation.commvault.com/2024e/essential/outlook_add_in_packages.html . This page describes the available packages and their functionalities, including how end users can access archived messages.
