Hi. Is there a way to monitor Hypercale update via the logs? The WEBui or the job log are almost useless. I have a 3 node Hyperscale cluster, is there a better way to follow the progression?

Yes, you can follow it in detail. Instead of relying only on the WebUI, tail cvupgradeos.log on RC node for a complete picture and on each HyperScale node during the upgrade for node vise details. That will show you the actual RPM installation, script execution, and service restarts in real time far more granular than the job summary in Command Center.
