Hello Commvault Community,

The SHIFT 2026 agenda and registration site is live and we continue to add more great speakers and details about sessions, the Resilience Hub floor experience, and other networking opportunities. Reach out to your account owner if you need help with registration codes.

September updates: check back regularly for agenda updates, and there is a separate page dedicated to the certification and workshop opportunities on site here. And stay tuned - in October we will open up Meet the Experts booking to set 1:1 meet ups with our product and engineering leads.

And don’t forget to submit nominations for our customer Impact Awards - 4 winners will be announced in Nashville!

Don’t miss out!

SHIFT is coming to Nashville, November 9 -12, 2026 and will offer a full user conference experience again.

For four days, you’ll hear from and network with leaders defining resilience's future and fellow customers and partners making recovery an always-on capability rather than an after-the-fact response. Hear from NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Databricks on where enterprise AI is headed, learn from real recoveries at JTEKT and Hitachi Vantara, test your instincts in live simulations, and walk away with solutions and strategies you can put to work right away.

SHIFT 2026 will also feature hands-on learning sessions, certification opportunities, and our immersive “Resilience Hub” show floor featuring demos, theaters, partner showcases, Meet the Experts, networking, and of course food and beverages and some fun!

We hope to see you there!

Are the workshops and hands-on labs going to be first come (and sorry charlie) if you don’t register for them immediately? Will we be able to plan our days ahead of time?

thanks

Hi @downhill and thanks for the question. Short answer, workshops will be scheduled. HOLs will be on a first-come, first-served basis but also allow for drop-ins as will demo stations. As we get closer to the event, there will be a schedule builder (app) as well.

Note as of this week the event site has been updated to include more detailed agenda and session info.
