Inquiry About Commvault Cloud Professional Certificate

I apologize for the inconvenience, but I was wondering if you could assist me with the following question.

On August 1, 2026, I completed the Commvault Cloud Professional course to obtain the certification. However, it appears that the certificate has not yet been issued. I noticed that my previous certificates were generated immediately, so I was wondering if this delay is normal.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with more information about the status of my certificate or let me know if any further action is required on my part.
