Hello,

Commvault certs and courses are not available at the Readiverse platform after it transitioned from old Learning Advantage portal. So, I didn’t get any hearing from any of these e-mails: enablement-help@commvault.com, supportportal_admin@commvault.com, registrar@commvault.com.

 

Who should I contact to make certs and courses available again?

I just wanted to let you know that I’ve contacted the enablement team to help with your issue. A quick update: if you have any problems with Readiverse (in case you don’t get the answers here in the Community), the correct email to use is enablement-help@commvault.com, not the other ones you mentioned in your query.
Also, while you wait for help, you can check out our Readiverse FAQ for answers (we’re not perfect, but we’re working on it! 😀).
