we are using laptop plan which was by default created , now we have requirement to remove the below alert or atelast edit send to user on the below alert

i dont see the alert in manage - alert - alert defenition to edit
nor am getting option to remove it from plan.
if i create a new plan i can see there is an option to edit it in the plan level , we can remove or add
