Currently using Metallic and receiving the error message for several clients that jobs are already in progress but not able to locate the job. Has anyone else seen this issue?

Hi,
most likely there’s Synthetic Full Backups job in the background. It’s data block operation but prevents new jobs from being triggered from time to time, especially on-demand/manual ones.
Currently these jobs/operations are hidden by default. Long story short, this is administrative job to keep the backup retention as it was configured under the Plan settings - Manage Backup Retention and Recover Storage Space (Data Aging)
