Is there a way to download Cloud backups ( Office 365 , Dynamics sharepoint) from Commvault Cloud locally?

Depending on the agent you should be able to perform a restore of the data to a disk location if that is what you are wanting to do?
Or if you want all of your backup data that is in on location to be in a separate location i would recommend an Aux copy of the data. This can be done by adding a backup copy in the plan.
