When we trigger any backup & restore job then do not showing in the active job in metallic. Kindly let me know how to fix the issue. All in showing 0 running,pending etc. Please find the snapshot for better understanding.

kindly look into this and let me now how we can resolved the issue. if it is default in the metallic after upgradation then how can check which endpoint backup jobs are running and pending in metallic.
