Hi,
we get this error:

Unable to start the agent [exp05103c1eu01_Remote0]. Please ensure that services are running and that [exp05103c1eu01] is able communicate with [exp05103c1eu01_Remote0].

How can we fix this?

I authorized the app new….seems that it workes now.

Hi ​@Dennis,

 

Looking at the error message, it seems the issue is with the Exchange Access node. This requires more investigation on SaaS side.  Could you please check if the latest jobs are still failing with the same errors? If yes, you could raise this to Support team for further investigation.
