We are configuring a File server backup which is hosted on NAS using commvault metallic. We are configuring the NAS Backup using NDMP. We are able to preview(browse) the File server content in the metallic.
Issue: But while performing the “test connection”, we could see the error - Failed to authenticate with Netapp. Please validate the credentials.
We are working with commvault since last 10 days and still no resolution is provided, so i thought to check this with community guys…. we have validate all the pre checks like user account, access node and ports… all are in place. We could also see the SSL certificate is validate.
Please let us know your view on this.
