Has anyone seen this error when using intellisnap to back vm’s up using NetApp
{CvNetAppArrayOps::determineVolumeAndPath(380)/Int.1.0x1-Connection failed. Errorr]}]] We started seeing it in June and didn’t make any changes on our storage/vmware/or Metallic side. It was not due to an upgrade either Thank you,

This isn’t an error we’ve seen often. In the past this has been seen when trying mount a snap. The solution I found was to reference the hostname for mounting snaps using the additional setting below on the media agent that handles the mount requests.
