Has anyone seen this error when using intellisnap to back vm’s up using NetApp

{CvNetAppArrayOps::determineVolumeAndPath(380)/Int.1.0x1-Connection failed. Errorr]}]]

We started seeing it in June and didn’t make any changes on our storage/vmware/or Metallic side. It was not due to an upgrade either

Thank you,

Hi Mallic,

This isn’t an error we’ve seen often. In the past this has been seen when trying mount a snap. The solution I found was to reference the hostname for mounting snaps using the additional setting below on the media agent that handles the mount requests.

Being SaaS this may not be something you can achieve depending on your infrastructure. If that’s the case I would recommend raising a support incident so our SaaS team can address it for you.
