Guest file restore on EC2 instance doesn't work, getting "The required SSM Agent is not installed on the instance" error

Hi all,

Trying to browse guest files and folders to perform a restore on an EC2 instance but I’m getting this error  "The required SSM Agent is not installed on the instance".

Can someone help?

Hi @AlexAsks 

Typically, this can indicate that SSM Agent isn’t installed, or up to date to the latest version so I would suggest taking a look at that first.
