Would you be able to share the error you noticed? 

just failed to install no error code

Are you trying to do a push install or a local install?

Push Install - Take a look at DistributeSoftware.log on the CS and see if that was able to launch the installer or produces a better error.  If that says it launched the installer, than check the install.log on the machine you are trying to install in this directory:

C:\ProgramData\Commvault Systems\Galaxy\LogFiles

Local Install - Look for the install.log in the directory above.
